P.W. Resources was established in 1998 to offer services such as cable laying, transport, installation, hook up, heavy lift and piling to the West African Oil Industry.
P.W. invested in a self propelled dynamically positioned barge, the St. Patrick, which can be configured for all of these operations. This versatile vessel has completed operations for General Electric and Alcatel off Ghana and for Shell Petroleum Development Corporation (SPDC) and others in Nigeria.
This vessel along with a second smaller barge and associated tug boats operated in the Niger Delta, Ghana, Angola, Cote d'Ivoire and Sierra Leone from an established 42 acre base on the new Calabar River in Port Harcourt, Nigeria.
