P.W. has an impressive record in the building industry completing projects in West Africa for over twenty years.
The civil works for the Taraku Oil Mills in Benue State was completed in 1988 and was followed in 1991 by the refurbishment of the International Terminal Building at Kano Airport .
International communications improved dramatically in Nigeria during the early 1990s when the Nigerian Telecommunications company (Nitel) commissioned a number of satellite receiving facilities. P.W. constructed the buildings for these installations in Lagos , Enugu and Kaduna . The National Control centre for the electrical national grid was built by P.W. at Shiroro Niger State for the Nigerian Electric Power Authority (NEPA).
Gold Mining expanded rapidly in Ghana in the late 1990's spurred on by stable government and high gold prices. P.W. Ghana carried out the civil works for two process plants at Abosso for Ranger Minerals, Australia and for Resolute at its Obotan mine. P.W. Ghana also constructed cooling tower, circulating water pumphouse and steam turbine building infrastructure at the Takoradi Thermal power station for the Volta River Authority (VRA).
P.W. Ghana also undertook the extension and refurbishment of the Arrivals Hall at Kotoka International Airport as well as a high class housing developments in the Legon district of Accra and Abuja.
